General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and brojeet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If it is discovered at any point that a user has misrepresented their age, all funds in the account — including any winnings — may be forfeited, the account will be permanently closed, and the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
Account Registration & Security
To access the full features of the brojeet platform — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one active account on the platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.1 Accurate Information
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and gives brojeet the right to immediately close the account and withhold any associated funds.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any other person. brojeet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at support@brojeet.
3.3 KYC Verification
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and regulatory compliance, brojeet may require users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other stage deemed appropriate. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification (such as a National ID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and delay or refusal of withdrawal requests.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on brojeet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account status.
4.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 60 seconds of submission.
- brojeet does not charge platform fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- All deposits are final once confirmed. Chargebacks initiated via your payment provider for legitimately processed deposits will be treated as fraud and may result in permanent account suspension.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.
- Verified accounts in good standing receive same-day withdrawal processing during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
- brojeet reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if account verification is incomplete, if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or if the account is under review.
4.3 Currency & Conversion
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied. If your payment method operates in a different currency, your provider will apply the prevailing conversion rate and any associated fees independently of brojeet.
Bonuses & Promotions
brojeet periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated on each individual offer page. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified.
- Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic, commercial, or coordinated wagering strategies may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- Each promotion is available to eligible players once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is prohibited and constitutes fraud.

- Bonus expiry: unless a different expiry period is specified on the promotion page, all bonus funds and any attached free bets expire 30 days after being credited to the account.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of brojeet, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other non-human method to place bets, access the platform, or interact with games.
- Engaging in any form of match fixing, sports manipulation, collusion with third parties, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events covered by the sportsbook.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transactions that are in breach of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward brojeet staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or using tools such as VPNs or proxies to mask your actual location for the purpose of bypassing geographic restrictions.
- Attempting to transfer funds between accounts, sell an account, or engage in any commercial arrangement that involves your brojeet account being used by a third party.
brojeet monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During any investigation, the affected account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be placed on hold. The outcome of the investigation will be communicated to the account holder in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the brojeet platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, software, game interfaces, and other materials — is the property of brojeet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technical components of the platform.
- Use any brojeet trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion, suggest endorsement, or damage the brand's reputation.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.
Game content provided by third-party suppliers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to brojeet for display on the platform. Any unauthorised use of such content may infringe the intellectual property rights of both brojeet and the relevant game provider.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, brojeet, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, brojeet specifically excludes liability for:
- Loss of betting or gaming opportunities due to platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service interruptions.
- Inaccuracies in odds or game results caused by data feed errors or technical malfunctions. Where such errors result in bets being settled incorrectly, brojeet reserves the right to void and re-settle the affected bets at the correct value.
- Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Losses resulting from any decision you make to place a bet or play a casino game. Gambling involves risk — past results are not indicative of future outcomes, and there is no guarantee of profit.
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) outside of brojeet's direct control.
Account Suspension & Closure
brojeet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected money laundering, or any activity that may bring the platform or its partners into disrepute.
9.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@brojeet. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process the closure after verifying your identity and ensuring that any outstanding bets have been settled. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC and verification requirements have been met.
9.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who believe their gambling behaviour may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility available within the account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, and any marketing communications from brojeet will be suspended. 9.3 Balances on Closure
If an account is closed by brojeet due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where closure is initiated for reasons unrelated to user misconduct — such as platform discontinuation of a specific market — any remaining balance will be returned to the user in full within 14 business days.
Amendments to These Terms
brojeet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be posted on the platform and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice of significant changes via email to registered users.
Your continued use of the brojeet platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you disagree with any change to these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and, if you wish, submit an account closure request as described in Section 9.
